I've spent 17+ years building scalable backend systems — from search infrastructure at Yandex to security tools used across the entire company. Python has been my primary language since 2008, and I've watched the ecosystem evolve from Django 1.0 to modern async frameworks.
At Yandex, I led a security tools team and built identity management infrastructure serving tens of thousands of employees. Later switched to search, redesigning data integration architecture. Conducted hundreds of technical interviews across multiple teams. Currently, I'm building backend services for anti-censorship infrastructure.
I contribute to Python and its ecosystem, including Django. Fluent in English, learning German and French.
